Hi my name is Christian and I´m the face behind COOK WITH ME.AT. I have started this Blog in January 2014 because it was always my dream to publish an own cook book (which I still want to do). I was always most passionate about BBQ & Grilling and of course I´m a ME.AT lover, so the decision about what the “potential book” will be was very easy.
During doing some research for the “book”, I have found two Germans on YouTube, Jörn from BBQausRheinhessen and Markus from 0815 BBQ - which are both very good friends of mine today, who finally inspired me to do videos.
Videos seemed to be a great way to show how easy it is to prepare something special from the grill. Furthermore, I liked the idea of a direct exchange of information and feedback via Social Media and so everything started. And that´s what it is - a great way to share my passion about preparing food.
