Preparation:
Drizzle the Wagyu Beef Roast with some oil and rub well from all sides. Season the me.at to taste with your favourite BBQ Rub and let it rest for 1 hour.

In the meantime preheat your grill at 110°C / 230°F. Add a good hand full of wood chips into your grill and place the Roast on indirect heat.

Smoke for approx. 2 hours until the me.at has reached an internal temperature of 55°C / 131°F.

Leave to rest for 10 min. and enjoy.
