Preparation:
Sear the ME.AT on very high heat for approx. 1 minute on each side. Mix some olive oil with your favorite Bbq rub (according to your taste) and move the Stak to an indirect zone of the grill. Brush it with the marinade, close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes. Flip over and brush the other side as well and cook for another 6-8 minutes until an internal core temperature of 56°C / 132,8°F is reached.

Leave to rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.
