Cut the Bacon into cubes and fry until crisp. Roll out the puff pastry and add the ranch dressing like you would do with tomato sauce on a pizza. Season with BBQ Rub, great the cheddar and apply it onto the puff. Sprinkle from a heat the bacon bits and roll up the puff pastry lengthwise.
Preheat your grill/oven for 180° C / 356°F. Portion the Bacon Swirls/Buns as desired an place them onto a baking dish. Place the Swirls on indirect heat, close the lid and let them bake for approximately 20 minutes and enjoy!
