Preparation:
Halve the bacon strips and arrange them in a row (5 per row). Remove the casings from the Brats and put them onto the bacon. Press down the sausages slightly and place a cheese stick on the me.at, roll it up tightly and prepare your Barbecue for indirect heat.

Preheat the doggy roast (order your doggy roast here: www.westwood-bbq.de), place the Bratwurst Bacon Sushi on indirect heat close the lid and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C / 356°F. Glaze the Sushi-Rolls after 15 minutes with a BBQ sauce of your choice and cook for another 10 minutes. Glaze again after 5 minutes.

Half the bun, brush the doggy roast with oil, and toast them on the roast for approx. 2 minutes.

Finally cover the Bacon Sushi Bratwurst with roasted onions, put some Sauerkraut into the Hot Dog bun, add some mustard and the Sushi roll and to finish the Dog add some pickled cucumbers.
