Preparation:
Cut a pocket into the Sausages, stuff them with cheese strips and wrap each stuffed sausage with a slice of bacon.

Preheat your grill on 180°C / 356°F, place the sausages on indirect heat, close the lid and cook them for approx. 15 min until the cheese is melted and the bacon is crispy.
