Preparation:
Pre-heat a pot on medium heat with the drippings and finely dice the onion. Put the onions into the hot fat and sauté for 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Bottle the sauce into a jar and enjoy.

1960s BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

Brown sugar (as desired)
30g Dripping (fat)
2 t. Lemon juice (I used a whole lemon)
1 pinch of Cayenne
1 pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Paprika powder
1/2 tsp. Caraway
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Mustard
1 onion
Worcester sauce
1/8 l Tomato Ketchup
