Preparation:
Put the cranberries together with the sugar into a pot and cook them on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Add all the remaining ingredients beside the Worcester Sauce into the pot and cook for another 15 minutes.

Purée the sauce with a mixer and strain it through a sieve. Bring it back to a boil, season to taste with Worcester sauce (I used approximately 2 tablespoons) and enjoy.

Cranberry BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

700 g Cranberries
170 g Honey
160 g Maple syrup
120 g Tomato ketchup
100 ml Apple cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon of garlic powder
1 Teaspoon of salt (I used smoked salt)
½ Teaspoon of pepper
2 Tablespoons of Worcester Sauce
140 g Sugar
