Preparation:
Dice the onion, squeeze out the lime and put all the ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. If you do not use a food processor with a cooking function, stir occasionally.

Mix the Ketchup at medium speed, let it cool down and enjoy.

Ingredients:

900 g Blueberries
1 tsp. Salt
1 Chipotle in Adobo
280 g Sugar.
1 Onion
225 ml Apple Vinegar
1 Lime
2 tsp. Grated Ginger
