Cut the radicchio in halves, drizzle it with olive oil and season with salt to taste. Preheat your grill and sear the salad from both sides for approximately 2 minutes.

Chop the grilled salad, put it in a bowl, add a few splashes of balsamic vinegar and mix well. Grill your burger patties over direct heat and flip after 2 minutes. Put the Gorgonzola on top, close the lit and cook for approx. 2-3 minutes.

In the meantime, spread some walnut pesto onto a toasted burger bun, add the grilled salad. Then add the burger patties, refine with honey and black pepper and enjoy.
