Preparation:
Mince the marbled beef and form two Burger patties. Pre-heat your grill and cast iron griddle, season the me.at from both sides with salt and put the Burger patties on the hot griddle plate. Flip the Burgers after 2 minutes, put a slice of Cheddar Cheese on top, close the lid and cook for another 3 minutes. In the meantime brush the Buns with some oil and toast them.

Add some peanut butter on the toasted bottom bun, add some lettuce and the first Burger patties. Add a good spoon of strawberry jelly on the Burger and put the second patty on top.
Finish the burger with some Bacon Jam and enjoy.
