Preparation:
Prepare your Grill for direct heat. Season the beef patties with salt to taste and grill over direct heat. Flip the me.at after two minutes, put two slices of cheese on top, close the lid and cook for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, halve the Burger buns, brush them with olive oil and toast them on the grill for a few seconds.

Put some tomato ketchup on the toasted buns, add the lettuce, sliced tomato’s and the beef patty and some onion rings and pickles. Add some yellow mustard on the top bun and enjoy.
