Preheat your Grill for 180°C / 365°F and cook the Bacon on indirect heat for approx. 10 minutes until it starts to get crispy.
Season the Burger patties with salt and grill them over direct high heat. Flip the Burgers after 2 minutes, put the cheese on the patties, close the lit of your grill and cook for another 2 minutes.
Put some of the BBQ Sauce on a toasted Burger Bun, followed by some lettuce and onion slices. Then apply the first burger patty and some of the crispy Bacon. Then again a burger patty, crispy bacon and the pickled chilis according to taste.
