Preparation:
Slightly score the me.at from both sides. Season with Sugar and Salt from both sides (according to taste) and dry brine the Flank Steak for 1 hour. In the meantime preheat your grill for direct heat.
Sear the Flank for 2 minutes from each side. After the first flip, start to glaze the me.at with Teriyaki Sauce. Repeat the glazing twice (1 min. per side) or as often as it needs to reach your desired doneness.

Leave to rest for 10 minutes and enjoy.
