Preparation:
Inject the Steak with the Bourbon and from all sides and leave to rest for 20 min and preheat your grill in the meantimel.

Place the Steak directly on the hot charcoals and cook for approximately 2 min. per side. Then place the Me.at on indirect heat, close the lid and cook to desired doneness.

Leave to rest for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
