Preparation:
Drizzle the tuna steak with oil, rub well from all sides and coat it from all sides with sesame seeds.

Preheat a cast iron griddle or pan and sear the tuna steak for 1-2 minutes per side, according to your desired doneness.

Serve with Teriyaki Sauce and pickled Ginger.
