Preparation:
Grate the cheese and add it to the ground beef. Season to taste with Magic Dust BBQ rub and mix well.

Place the me.at on wooden skewer (soaked in water for 20 min.) and wrap them with bacon. The amount of this recipe makes around 8 skewer, depending on the size.

Preheat your grill for 180°C/356°F, place the Magic Bacon Sticks on indirect heat, close the lid and cook them for approx. 25. min until the bacon starts to get crispy. Glaze the Sticks with BBQ Sauce and cook them for another 15 min.
