Preparation:
Preheat a pan on medium heat and fry the Bacon until it becomes crisp. Chop the red onion, put it to the pan and sauté until softened. Add the dried blueberries, deglaze with the Juice and boil it down to a third.
Season the Burger patties with salt and grill them over direct high heat. Flip the Burgers after 2 minutes, put the cheese on the patties, close the lit of your grill and cook for another 2 minutes.
Put some of the blueberry Ketchup (of course you can use tomato ketchup as well) on the toasted Burger Bund, followed by some lettuce and the grilled Burgers and add the blueberry-bacon topping.
